These Bonus Terms and Conditions govern all promotional bonuses (the "Bonuses") offered by Parimatch (the "Operator"). By participating in any Bonus, you accept these terms as a condition of eligibility and agree to be bound by the Operator's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict, the specific Bonus Terms prevail over general terms.
Bonuses may be activated in the Account via the Bonus page or by entering a Bonus Code prior to the first eligible deposit. Some offers are automatically activated upon deposit and will apply to eligible transactions. Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be assigned to another player or account. A Bonus is considered claimed only when the activation action is completed and funds are allocated to Bonus Balance.

All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and time limits. Unless stated otherwise in the individual offer terms, the baseline rules are as follows:
Bonuses are allocated to a separate Bonus Balance. You may switch between Real Money and Bonus Balance via the Account page. Withdrawals may only be made after meeting all wagering requirements and any additional eligibility checks. If you withdraw before satisfying wagering requirements, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from the Bonus may be forfeited.
Each Bonus has an expiration period stated in its terms. If wagering conditions are not met within the period, the Bonus and any associated winnings are void. The Operator may also cancel a Bonus and wipe Bonus Funds if activity indicates improper use or if the account becomes inactive beyond the stated threshold.
Bonuses may carry a maximum win cap and a maximum cashout limit for Bonus-derived winnings. Unless stated otherwise in the offer terms, the maximum cashout from Bonus-derived winnings is capped at 5,000 USD or equivalent in the account’s currency. No withdrawal may be approved for funds consisting solely of Bonus Funds until all wagering requirements are satisfied. The Operator reserves the right to impose additional withdrawal limits related to Bonus activity.
Actions considered bonus abuse include attempts to exploit multiple offers, collusion with other players to guarantee profit, or any behavior that artificially guarantees profits irrespective of outcome. If abuse is detected, Parimatch may reclaim the Bonus portion, adjust terms, withhold or confiscate winnings, and suspend or close the affected account. The Operator reserves the right to suspend or revoke Bonuses if abuse is suspected or confirmed.
Parimatch may modify these Terms or any individual Bonus Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through official channels and will take effect after a minimum notice period of 14 days, unless required urgently for security, legal compliance, or to prevent abuse, in which case changes may apply immediately.
All disputes arising from Bonus offers are subject to the Operator's dispute resolution process and, where applicable, the governing law and jurisdiction of the Operator’s licensed territory. Decisions by Parimatch regarding Bonus matters are final and binding.
